Raising Awareness
Born from a desire to do something as a jewelry artist to help in the fight against breast cancer, I designed a signature bead using pink glass. The beads have a contemporary flower pattern. These beads are combined with sterling silver and Swarovski crystals for unparalleled sparkle power. Most of the pieces also include a small silver charm (Breast Cancer Awareness Ribbon, Hope, Life, or Believe).Items now available include bracelets, watches, earrings, necklaces, bookmarks, and key chains. They make great gifts of encouragement to those that are fighting the disease or those that are standing alongside in support.
A percentage of the profits from each sale go to support research and provide care through the efforts of The Avon Walk for Breast Cancer. I participated in the Avon Walk in Chicago in 2005 and in Denver 2006. My goal is to walk each year until there is no longer a reason to do so!
